Payment Policy

Our online store provides a secure and diverse selection of payment methods managed by the Maksekeskus AS payment platform. The available payment options include:
- Payments through Latvian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor.
- Payments by cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Payments are made in euros. The personal information provided by the buyer for payment processing is transmitted only to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS, ensuring maximum data protection.

Return Policy

We, IK VDM partners, guarantee that if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to return it and receive a refund under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:
The item must be returned to the online store within 14 days of receipt if:
- The item has not been used and is undamaged.
- The item retains its original packaging and all tags.
- The customer has kept the purchase receipt or invoice.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to items made to order or specially customized for the customer.

Refund Methods:
After receiving and inspecting the item, the online store will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Return Procedure:

2. Complete the return form included in the shipment.
3. Place the item and the completed return form back in the original packaging.
4. Send the package to our return address indicated on the form.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us by email at info@retu.lv or call +371 26831060 within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide information on how to return the item and ensure that you receive the correct or undamaged item at no additional cost.
